Camp Friedlander is the premier Boy Scout Summer Camp program with a wide variety of merit badge options, activities for younger and older Scouts, training opportunities for adult leaders, and some of the best camping facilities in the country. During the summer months, Cub World is home to the Cub Camp Adventures! program and provides a fun and memorable experience for thousands of Cub Scouts. For the rest of the year, the camp serves as a great meeting and camping place for Scout units and other groups, and hosts many exciting events and activities.
Camp Michaels has long been the Dan Beard Council’s beloved rustic camp in the beautiful back-country of Northern Kentucky. Beginning in the summer of 2010, the council began a feedback and visioning process to determine the future of this unique property. We are pleased to share with you the current plans for the future of Camp Michaels.
Camp Craig is part of the Dan Beard Scout Reservation and is a great training facility and for group rentals. The camp borders Camp Friedlander and Cub World and has easy access to both. With many great outdoor program possibilities, Camp Craig is a great place to hold a retreat, a campout, or a conference.
