CUB CAMP REGISTRATION STEP-BY-STEP

UNIT REGISTRATION

Unit registration will open Dec. 7 and should be completed by the contingent point of contact/ group leader. Only one registration can be made for each Pack, so do not register as a Den. During the unit registration, you will be asked to estimate the number of adults and youth coming to camp. This estimate will reserve spots in a session of camp until March 31, when only participant registrations will be counted.

If you need help adding Scouts, there are step-by-step directions here as well as on each registration page. If you are registering to attend camp as a Pack, please do not register youth as Individual Campers.

YOUTH REGISTRATION

The participant registration process is currently being updated. Youth Registration will open in 2020, before the Cub Camp Rallies.

Before starting your Cub Camp Adventures! registration, we recommend you gather all of the necessary information. Each registration participant type will need to provide the following information:

RESIDENT AND FAMILY CAMPS

First and last name, date of birth, gender, special needs, pack number, sleeping accommodation, t-shirt size, and rank (based on what grade they will be for the 2019-20 school year). Families for Family Camp will also be asked for a Group Name so that all members of the group can be paired correctly in our registration system.

COMMUNITY CAMP

First and last name, date of birth, gender, special needs, pack number, t-shirt size, rank (based on what grade they will be for the 2019-20 school year), if the Scout would like to be with a buddy of the same rank, Tiger Partner (if applicable), and who is authorized to pick up the Scout.

Volunteers will be asked the following: First and last name, date of birth, gender, special needs, pack number, email, phone, t-shirt size, available days to work, desired area, and Youth Protection Training completion date.

INDIVIDUAL CAMPER

Individual Campers are scouts who will not be attending with their pack. Those who register as an Individual Camper will not be able to choose a sleeping accommodation, as they will be paired with a Pack who is willing to host them during camp. More than two scouts attending together from a Pack must have their own adult supervision.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts are available if the Scout has participated or is signed up to participate in an additional 2020 Dan Beard Council Cub Camping Program. Please contact Rachel Ball, Outdoor Program Assistant, at rachel.ball@scouting.org.
