| The Dan Beard Council has successfully completed the Insiring Achievements Capital Campaign with the special help of the lead 2.5 million dollar gift from the Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation. Construction is planned to begin in early July of 2008 on the outstanding new Marge Schott Scout Achievement Campus.The Dan Beard Council impacts the lives of nearly 30,000 children in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. These Scouts are inspired to learn, do and achieve. The creation of an outstanding Scout Achievement Center, a volunteer education and resource facility that embodies the Scouting experience helps to inspire these youth to achieve. |
