Aims and Goals of the Scout Achievement Center

To create an outstanding Scout Achievement Center, a volunteer education and resource facility that embodies the Scouting experience.
To make the Scout Achievement Center a destination for volunteer leaders, families and Scouts.

What can a “full-service” Scout Service Center accomplish for local Scouting?

•  Greater ability to fulfill the mission of Scouting by providing high-quality support to volunteers in many ways:

•  Volunteers will feel ownership of a center that is designed to meet their needs.

•  A friendly lobby and reception area that gives visits comfort upon entering the property.

•  Volunteer training facilities that can be open nights and weekends.

•  Volunteer conference rooms for large groups of volunteers to meet.

•  Ample and safe parking for volunteers and staff.

•  A location that is easy to find and within a 20-minute drive for the majority of our Scout families.
