• Regular price is $27.00 for Scouts/Venturers/Webelos/Adults beginning August 6, 2016
• Webelos cost for Saturday only is $11.00 by August 5, 2016
• Webelos cost for Saturday only is $18.00 beginning August 6, 2016

Registration will be online via the MyCouncil registration tool beginning April 1, 2016.

Q. What will I need to register?

A.  You will need to have the following information available to complete registration:
Unit #
Peterloon Unit Leader Name and Contact Information
Number of Scouts (age 17 & under) participating
Number of Adults (age 18 & over) participating
Number of Saturday Only Youth Participants
Name and Contact Info of the Unit Volunteer Coordinator for Peterloon (we ask each unit to help provide 2 volunteers to work a shift for the event).

Q. How do I add a registrant to my unit?

A.  For those who registered a Unit/Contingent, you can do this any time online.  First, log into your MyCouncil account on (in the upper right corner) with the person's account who can manage registrations for your unit (typically unit leader or designated person).  
Navigate to your units webpage - Click Unit webpages in the left column or go to: 
Enter in your units details and selct your unit.
Once on your units page, select "Registrations" from the menu on the right hand side (near the bottom of the menu).
All of your Units/Contigent Registrations will be displayed.
Select the Peterloon registration.
Click on the Participants Tab
Click - Add participant just under the tabs on the right hand side.
Follow the steps to register a new participant

Q. Will I need to pay for all of my Scouts when I register?

A.  You will be required to pay for Scouts when you register them.  You can edit your registration throughout the registration period, pursuant to the policy above.  However, any significant changes to the number of registrants in your unit may result in a change in campsite.  We will do our best to accommodate additions to your registration, but campsites are being filled on a rolling basis and a significant registration change may cause us to move your campsite to a location that better fits your units size.


Units may edit their Peterloon registration (additions or removals) with no penalty up until end of early-bird registration on August 5, 2016.  From that point forward, units can no longer delete participants, but may continue to add participants up until the final registration date of September 9, 2016.  

Individuals or groups that change or cancel a Peterloon reservation on or before August 5, 2016 will receive a full refund of fees paid through one issued check per unit. Registration account information for Peterloon will be reconciled for all units after registration closes on September 10, 2016.  

Refund checks will be issued to the unit within 6-8 weeks.  No refunds will be made after the August 5,2016 cancellation deadline without appropriate documentation for an emergency or similar situation. 

Appropriate means of communication for a request to cancel include: email, phone call, postal mail or in person. The request must be communicated to the Scout Achievement Center, Program Department prior to the close of business on August 5, 2016.
