 International Tours and Exchange Booklet

The International Division of BSA has produced the International Tours and Exchange Booklet (No. 22-165) to help in preparation for international visits.  It also explains the BSA International Youth Exchange Program.  Order this from BSA International Division, 1325 West Walnut Hill Lane, P.O. International Letter of Introduction

Upon recommendation of the local council, the International Division will issue an International Letter of Introduction to the adult trip leader.  This document is recognized worldwide as official identification with the Scouting movement, but it does not imply any special accommodations, reception, or hospitality privileges other than that of good Scout friendship.  Follow link to application (see form No. 22-326)

National Tour Permit

Use the National Tour Permit when traveling to other countries.
