How You Can Help Local Scouts In Need

What Comes after Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

After two days devoted to getting deals, Giving Tuesday is a global day that’s all about giving back. This new tradition of generosity is a nice antidote to the consumerism invading our holidays. Giving Tuesday also presents a great opportunity to help grow Scouting in your community. Your donation can help send a Scout to camp or help build the next great high-adventure camp. You’ll be providing youth with the chance to have fun, gain confidence and become leaders who live the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

Help Local Scouts in Need

An Ethan Tree, similar to an Angel Tree, is set up with Ethan Cards on it. Each card includes the uniform and other items that a local Scout is in need of such as books, crafts, camping items, and etc. Customers and Scout supporters can purchase the item(s) in the Scout Shop and give them to the store staff to collect for each child.

We need your assistance to make this project a success. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the store staff manager, Henry Lee, at (513) 961-0500 or danbeardscoutshop@scouting.org

Give a Scout an experience that's bigger than any screen. Introduce him to the outdoors. Some tied their first square knot at camp. Some caught, cleaned, and cooked their first fish at camp. Others shot their first .22, sped down their first zip line, or mountain biked their first single track—all at camp. No matter what, a Boy Scout camp is where adventure and learning are the same thing
