Fee Payments
Camp fee payments must be received in the
Dan Beard Council Scout Service Center (or postmarked) by the payment
deadline, Sunday, May 11, in order to be eligible for the discount fee.

Refund Policy
Individuals or groups that cancel a program
reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event, will receive a refund of
fees paid, less a 15% administrative charge.
No refunds will be given after the 30-day cancellation deadline. Fees
are transferable to other Scouts but not refundable.
