Registration for camp is open now.  Links are at the bottom of this page.

Before starting your Cub Camp Adventures! registration, we recommend you gather all of the necessary information.

Each registration participant type will need to provide the following information: First and Last Name, Pack Number, T-Shirt Size, and the area they wish to stay in if it is a Cub World Camp, Rank (select the appropriate rank for this scout). If registering for a Community Camp you will also be asked whether or not the Scout would like to be with a buddy of the same rank, and who is authorized to pick up the Scout.

Unit registration is to be completed by the contingent point of contact/ group leader. Only one registration can be made for each unit. You are able to add additional registrations later, however you may not delete or transfer registrants.  If you need help adding Scouts, there are step-by-step directions here.

Consider creating a MyCouncil account now by clicking “Join” in the upper right corner. Each registration will require an associated account to be paired to it. Determine whether or not you will are registering as an individual or contingent.

Steps in Individual Registration

  1. Select the participant type for the individual that you will be registering, this may be one of the following: Youth Camper, Adult Camper, Sibling, etc. (if applicable, type in discount code).
  2. Enter the participant’s first and last name that is associated that registrant type.
  3. Indicate the date of birth for this Scout and note special needs, if any.
  4. Select the unit type from the dropdown menu. Identify the unit number in the available box. 
  5. Confirm your Pack information.
  6. Complete the information related to this specific Scout by indicating their t-shirt size, whether or not the scout would like to be with a buddy of the same rank, (tigers only: the name of the adult partner(s) accompanying this Scout), and the name(s) of those who are authorized to pick up this Scout.
  7. You'll then be prompted to select sleeping accommodations. (Sleeping accommodations are based upon availability).
  8. Registration Summary: "Enter More Participants" and follow the above steps 1-7; or "Save Registration to Shopping Cart" and proceed to step 9.
  9. Review shopping cart contents and if all is correct, proceed to check out. If someone isn’t correct, click remove and update cart.
  10. Verify or enter in billing address information.
  11. Determine method of payment, either credit/ debit card or electronic check.
  12. Continue to confirmation page and ensure you check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Council payment and refund policy.
  13. Finalize your transaction by clicking “Complete Checkout”. At this point your transaction will be assigned an order number. Please make note of this order number and check your email for a copy of your receipt.
