Cub World - Registration

Let's sign up!

Before registering for Cub World, be sure to speak with your Pack leaders about summer camp plans. Many Packs like to register as a group so they can all attend the same week.

The registration processes for Adventure Camp and Fun with Son are different, so after you've chosen your program, follow the instructions below. Please be sure to fill out all forms completely to avoid unnecessary problems with your registration.

Signing up for Adventure Camp

Here's how to get registered for Adventure Camp:
1) Talk with your Pack leaders about the Pack's summer camp plans.
2) Download the 2008 Adventure Camp Leader's Guide to learn more about what to expect at camp.
3) Inform all Scouts, parents, and leaders about camp fees and payment deadlines.
4) Get a commitment from all Scouts and leaders that will be attending camp. Collect 50% of the camp fees.
5) Submit the Adventure Camp Payment Sheet 1 form and the Pack Registration Roster 1 form to the Scout Service Center with a 50% deposit.
6) Submit the Adventure Camp Payment Sheet 2 form and the Pack Registration Roster 2 form (with updates) to the Scout Service Center with the remaining fee balance. Total balance must be paid by Monday, May 12 in order to qualify for the early discount fee.
7) If you need to add on campers or adults after you have made your final payment, submit the Add-On form to the Scout Service Center with entire camper or adult fee.

Signing up for Fun with Son

Here's how to get registered for Adventure Camp:
1) Talk with your Pack leaders about the Pack's summer camp plans.
2) Download the 2008 Fun with Son Leader's Guide to learn more about what to expect at camp.
3) Inform all Scouts, parents, and leader about camp fees and payment deadlines.
4) Get a commitment from all families that will be attending camp. Collect 50% of the camp fees.
5) Submit the Fun with Son Payment Sheet 1 form and the Pack Registration Roster 1 form to the Scout Service Center with the 50% deposit.
6) Submit the Fun with Son Payment Sheet 2 form and the Pack Registration Roster 2 form (with updates) to the Scout Service Center with the remaining fee balance. Total balance must be paid by Monday, May 12 in order to qualify for the early discount fee.
