* Discount fee will apply if
all payments are received on time, including the second payment by

**Two leaders free per Troop, 1 leader free for every 10 Scouts after an initial 10. After that, the extra adult fee will apply.

Fee Payment Schedule
Camp fee payments may be made
in installments in order to make it
easier for a Scout and his family to pay for camp. If paid in
installments, fees must be received in the Dan Beard Council Scout
Service Center (or postmarked) by the payment deadline in order for the
balance to be eligible for the discount fee. The fee payment schedule
is as follows:

Camperships
The Campership program is available for Scouts
that may need assistance with camp fees. It is intended for individual Scouts
that may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend camp due to family
finances or other factors. Visit the Camperships
page to learn more about this program and to see if a Scout in your unit may
qualify.

Refund Policy
The Dan Beard Council will refund all but the $50
deposit per Scout for those who contact the Dan Beard Council Service Center no
later than 30 days prior to your troop’s arrival at camp. Fees are transferable
to other Scouts but not refundable. No refunds will be given after the 30 day cancellation deadline.
